MOVE STRONG - Group Fitness Classes

Ready to feel strong, energized, and supported while working out in the fresh air? Join us for MOVE STRONG—a fun and welcoming group fitness class designed just for women who want to build strength, boost energy, and connect with an amazing community of women just like you!

May through September - Classes run twice a week off Cottier Place in Langford. We have moved to  "Brenna's Backyard Bootcamp." Exact location will be in your welcome email that you receive after booking.

  • Tuesday evenings at 5:30 PM

  • Thursday evenings at 5:30 PM

Each class is a lively 1-hour mix of warm-up, cardio, strength training, core work, and cool-down, with plenty of laughs along the way. Whether you're just getting started or already moving regularly, you’ll feel right at home here. Every fitness level is welcome!

Class sizes are kept small so you get personal attention and a variety of equipment. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a small towel—I will take care of the rest!

Please book at least 4hrs in advance, there is a 2 participant minimum to run the class. If you are the only person booked, you will be offered the option to upgrade to a one-on-on session or moved to the next class date of your choice.

 

You will receive a waiver and a brief questionnaire to fill out before your first class.
